No Gap Promotion

Services will only be provided where clinically necessary and appropriate.  Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other offer or Government Scheme and are not substitutable or redeemable for cash.  Offer only available to patients who have private health insurance and available health funds rebates for dental cover for any Australian health fund.  Offer covers: examination (011,012), scale and clean (114) or removal of plaque (111), fluoride (121), x-ray (022), unless, one or more of these items are deemed unsuitable for the patient, in the clinical opinion of the practitioner.

Additional Terms & Conditions for the Voucher

The voucher is only valid for certain selected members.

  1.  Voucher is not redeemable for cash
  2. Limit to one per patient
  3. Patients are required to have a full exam and clean appointment before they qualify for voucher in order for us to assess treatment required
  4. Treatment is at the discretion of dental practitioner.  Management reserves right to alter / withdraw promotion at any time

Cancellation Policy

High Dental values every patient appointment and would like to request that if a patient cannot make a scheduled appointment and needs to reschedule, to give us ample notice of at least 24 hours. This will allow us to ensure every patient will experience an unhurried, optimal service.

We will understand if unforeseen circumstances arise.

A late cancellation credit of $60 will apply to each late cancellation. This credit can be used towards your next appointment fee. However,  this fee will be retained by the practice if two late cancellations or non attendance is recorded.
